Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying amount. Check our website or current promotions for the latest free shipping threshold.
Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. The carrier will be selected at our discretion to ensure the best delivery experience.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight orders. International shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make it right for you.
