Thank you for shopping with Scott’s Smoked Q. We want to get your handcrafted seasonings and sauces packed up and headed your way as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We keep shipping simple.

All orders ship for a flat rate of $10.

Orders over $60 ship free.

Estimated delivery time after shipment is typically 4–6 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.

The carrier may be selected at our discretion to help provide the best available delivery experience.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can use that tracking number to follow your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or overnight orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue and make it right whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Scott’s Smoked Q is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
