At Scott's Smoked Q, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our food products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5– 10 business days.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you — no return required.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an unopened product for a different item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
