A good brine does more than season the outside. It helps carry flavor deeper into the meat while keeping poultry moist and tender through roasting, smoking, grilling, or frying.

Mix it according to the package directions, submerge your poultry, refrigerate, and let Brined do the work before the cooking even starts.

How to Use It

Prepare the brine according to the directions on the package.

Fully submerge your thawed poultry in the prepared brine and keep it refrigerated throughout the entire brining process.

Once brined, remove the poultry, discard the used brine, and pat the meat thoroughly dry before seasoning and cooking.

Before brining, check the poultry packaging. Products labeled pre-brined, self-basting, enhanced, or containing a solution may already contain added salt and could become overly salty if brined again.

Never reuse brine that has come into contact with raw poultry.
